Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a key identifying various sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
More materials made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
